We are in the midst, of what I term, a PAN-EPIC. So much is changing and transforming in our daily lives and to the community of humankind, as the vibration of this planet is lifting through the evolution of human consciousness.

I don’t know about you, but these days for me, time appears to be moving at break neck speed. Here we are, already on the cusp of March, how did these last two months flash by? Sometimes I feel like I’m slipping out of time, in that I’m not in it at all. I’ve driven distances that when I’ve got to my destination, I can’t remember anything about the journey and I’ve wondered, where the hell did I go?

We live in a world that places great emphasis on the way we look by creating unrealistic expectations; especially amongst women, young girls. Our external reality is tipping over into extremes and we have lost the link to our true selves as earth connected humans.
